WeTransfer is a web-based transfer platform which is used to transfer files between the devices. And, it doesn’t require the devices to be near each other while sending files. Because it doesn’t use the general way to transfer files. The working of this platform is pretty simple. It works in the way that you just have to open the official website. After that, you just have to get started without signing up. Then, it will ask you about your email address as well as those email addresses at which you are going to send those files. Yes, it transfers files with the help of an email address. Once, you have filled in the details then you can add files that you want to send. It allows you to transfer files up to 2GB. Furthermore, WeTransfer is an ad-free and free platform. But, the free service has limited access and features. It also offers you a premium plan where you can easily send files up to the size of 20GB. Other than that, it will also tell you when your files have been downloaded by the receiver through an email. The files which you transfer by it will disappear after 7 days. So, it has to be downloaded before that time period.
