IT is definitely a Fraud company. Cannot be trusted at all. Please check their reviews on trustpilot and other sites.

the price on their website while and after booking the flight ticket was showing as SR 872, however, they deducted from my card SR 1979. they are refusing to refund the difference although i have screenshots and proofs.
never deal with this very very bad company as they are breathing fraud

Cleartrip is a fraud company. On 2/1/2020 I have booked an air ticket for my daughter and wife through their app in mobile for a journey from Kolkata to hyderabad for 5/1/2020 at 5.45 hours through trip id 200102971848. they have sent me massage in my emai id and in app that the transaction failed, but the money has been deducted from my bank amounting INR 9270/-. I have tried to contact them by their customer care number. Every time their voice response auto machine are sending me sms with a link which connect me to the app which shows transaction failed. No human response will be sent by them. means everytime it will be automatic voice response no customer care representative will pick up your phone and there are no scope. every time app and email will tell you that your transaction failed and the money will be refunded to bank within 12 days. On 15/1/2020my daughter has reported their tweeter account, then their are sending my confirmed ticket of 5/1/2020 on 16/1/2020 in my email id. How can we travel through an air ticket which will come to you on 16/1/2020 for journey of 5/1/2020. They are unprofessional and 100% fraud organisation. Friends, Please do not purchase any ticket from cleartrip for God sake. They are so cheater that once they have taken money they will never contact you in phone.
